Customer Care Agent I, II, or III

Location: Houston, TX 77002
Pay: $15/hr - $18/hr (Pay based on position level)
Start Date: January 12th

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming customer service calls, primarily for commercial, GLO, or other complex accounts.
  • Train new agents on basic responsibilities, including answering calls, web chats, and following processes and procedures.
  • Provide customers with complete resolutions to issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Learn and represent one brand at a time.
  • Perform all responsibilities of Customer Care Agent I, with increasing independence and complexity at higher levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level to experienced candidates (prior energy experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask across applications and support different books of business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making routine decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
